The events published on can be integrated into other calendars. This avoids the need to constantly check the website for updates, or to manually create entries on your personal calendar.

Jump to the section for your preferred calendar platform:

Google Calendar

  1. Open your Google calendar and look for the ‘My calendars’ box on the left.
  2. Click the ‘+’ to add another calendar. 
  3. Select ‘From URL’
  4. Add the calendar URL:

Microsoft Outlook

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and select the calendar view.
  2. On the Home ribbon, click ‘Open Calendar’ -> ‘From Internet’
  3. Enter the calendar URL:
  4. At the dialog that asks, “Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates?”, click Yes.

Apple iCal

  1. On the ‘File’ menu, click ‘New Calendar Subscription’
  2. Add the calendar URL:
  3. Click ‘Subscribe’
  4. Set the calendar name and other attributes to your liking
  5. Click ‘OK’
